I've been working in audio for two decades. After graduating from Syracuse University, I spent 15 years in radio, in Vermont, Detroit, and New Orleans. As an on-air personality, I learned how to create compelling on-air content. As a program director, I learned how to coach other talent and co-hosts to do the same. And as a production director, I honed the craft of making sure everything we create is of the most professional quality.
In 2018, I had to pivot. Radio was not the relevant medium it once was. It cannibalized itself through corporate consolidation and the gradual removal of most of its personality- the one thing that set it apart. At the same time, podcasting was growing exponentially. Podcasting is a field that can showcase personality - of both individuals and businesses. I founded JAG in Detroit Podcasts, and I began creating compelling audio for individuals, businesses, and non-profits. Nobody can tell your brand's story better than you can, and it's my job to make you sound your best. In our current COVID world of remote working, podcast technology is constantly evolving. I record the vast majority of my clients remotely from my home studio.
I live with my wife and dog in the suburbs of Metro Detroit, where you'll find us itching to plan our next travel adventure.
